Can't install my Watchface on Garmin Fenix 5s

Hello!

I have developed a watch face and have problems installing it on a Garmin Fenix 5s.

In Garmin Connect IQ user sees a message that the application is not compatible with his device.
But in the list of supported devices, his watch (Fenix 5s) is present.

In the Eclipse project (in the manifest file) Fenix 5s are also added.
I have no problems to simulation and debugging my watchface on Fenix 5S in IQ simulator.
Everything works fine on other watch models too (I tested it on FR 935, FR 945, FR 245, Fenix 6, FR 735, FR 245 and others, i have about 480+ installs and this is my first problem).

User has 21.0 Firmware version.

What do I wrong? Help me, please!

Do you have a minimum CIQ version set for your watch face? Is the user's watch running that version of CIQ or greater? Is it an APAC version?

You may want to ask them to try syncing with Garmin Express to insure the app store know what FW/CIQ version is running on the watch.

Minimum sdk version set to 1.2.x

It is not APAC version ( device has russian language ).

Can you tell me, where he can found needed versions in Garmin Express ? I haven't access to pc now..

You just sync with Garmin Express to insure that the info on FW/CIQ version on the watch is known to the app store. When FW gets sent to the watch, the servers might not know it was actually installed.

Already synced, he has same problem..
