How do I stream dash cam data and images to a phone?

Hi All,

I would like to use a Garmin Dash Cam (such as the: mini, 46, 56, and/or Garmin Speak Plus) as a data recorder of images (10 fps), gps, and a minimum of a 3-axis IMU sensor. It would be even better if I could get all the generated data from the dash cam.  Is there a way to have the data stream to an android cellphone?
