There is a new Forerunner 230/630 firmware release available, v4.10. You can get it now via Garmin Express or Garmin Connect Mobile. This particular release fixes a crash that could occur when uninstalling a CIQ data field via Garmin Connect Mobile, so if you've experienced this issue, I encourage you to update to 4.10 and see if that resolves the problem.
