Drawing a filled in circular segment using drawing primitives

I would like to draw a filled in circular segment (see filled in green portion of the circle at the link below) using drawing primitives. I have tried several methods with no success. Does anyone have any ideas?

You can combine setClip()

with fillCircle()

clipping away the white area of the circle.

After calling fillCircle() don't forget to clearClip().

I think the easiest way is to draw a filles rectangle where x and y =0, width = dc. getWidth and height = the height you want
