How can I send a message from my watch application to a phone application?

With Communications.registerForPhoneAppMessages I can receive messages on the device from an app from the phone. But how can I communicate the other way? How do I send a message from the device to the phone?

Not a monkey c code,
I want to get a real time data from my garmin watch to native ios application,

how to collect that data? ( heart rate, BPM )
I did the same in apple watch using health SDK but I don't know how to get from garmin.
