Edge 130 datafield on map page

had a customer report my datafield wasn't working on the map page but works fine on all other pages. had them test another app and they got the same result.

found this very old post about what sounds like the same issue on edge 1000's, but that was 5 years ago. anyone know if it's the same problem?

as a fun easter egg, connectiq shows the attached logo instead of the app. it's one i've never seen before

The IQ! indicates that the DF crashed. There's a log file in \garmin\apps\logs called ciq_log.yml

You also will see the logs in ERA

Ah but look close. It is not the iq! And the iq! Itself has been replaced with your apps icon and a ! That is apparently undocumented and unconfirmed by garmin when I first saw and reported it last year

anyhow this one is all new to me. My customer who reported this issue believes he saw it for a few seconds on another page before my app appeared. So maybe it’s some new loading image.
