App not starting on one users Tactix Delta - but how could this be?!

I have a very strange problem being reported by a single user of one of my apps who is using a Tactix Delta - that when they try to start the app absolutely nothing happens!

Some info:

They press the start button to start the app, but the screen doesn't change and keeps displaying the list of apps.
They can go up one app to Jumpmaster and that starts fine.
I have at least one other user who I know has used the app on their Tactix Delta.
I have zero errors reported for the app in Era for the Tactix Delta (or any of the Fenix 6 series).
They have tried reinstalling the app (both from CIQ Store and Garmin Express)

So at the moment, I'm struggling to have any idea what might be going wrong. And hoping that someone has some inspiration of what it could be

Has the user tried rebooting their watch? Long press of the light button until it turns itself off, then turn it back on?

When stuff like this happens and it's only 1 or two users, that's the first thing to suggest. New FW can leave a device in a bit of an odd state at times, and this usually resolves that.

That was driving me crazy trying to think what it could be

Should have remembered the classic for all hardware, "power off, power on" !!
