How to modify the columns in an activity card?

You can't. Garmin decides what to display based on the activity type and subtype recorded in the FIT file.

How to change the values in the FIT file？Or IOW，does the column "KILOMETERS" represent the distance of the projection in the horizontal direction? It's autogenerated, in which case we can't modify it.

Yes, the watch tries to estimate distance based on your arm movements (wrist accelerometer), if GPS isn't enabled. In this case, I'm not sure if it would ever show anything but -- for distance, but that activity type seems to support distance.

And you can't override Garmin metrics like distance, speed, etc. in the FIT file. The nativeNum feature in the API is supposed to let you do it, but almost everybody (including Garmin) ignores nativeNum fields.
