How to make watch face compatible with ASIA models?

Hi. I apologize in advance if this question has been asked.

I have a wf that works on Fenix 6 devices, however, none of the ASIA model users are able to install it. One of the dudes emailed Garmin about this and here's is what they told him:

"Referring to your case about the watch face for your Fenix 6 pro solar - Chariot J-Shock, we regret to let you know that we quickly tried out 3 devices at the Service Centre here, yes you are right, English version is compatible with that particular watch face but not the dual languages’ devices."

What's so different about dual language devices, and what do I need to do to make the app compatible?

Make sure they've done a sync since getting new FW. In the case of GCM, maybe uninstall and re-install it. There could be an issue with the store knowing which FW is on the device.

The APAC devices usually lag the World Wide devices when it comes to FW and CIQ level. That is what is likely happening if you have 3.2.x set as a minimum CIQ level.

Thanks, Jim. This is exactly what I thought, but people are sending me screenshots of their CIQ versions, and they're all newer than 3.2.0
