Datafield and device sleep

Is there any "nice" way of detecting that the device (a edge 830 in my case) just woke up from sleep so i can reinitialize the BLE connection in my datafield?

the BLE reconnecting issue was fixed in the Garmin FW a while ago.

Have you tried disconnecting from the sensor in onStop()?

yes but its not called in "class App extends App.AppBase"

if I start the timer and then recreate the sensor like I was doing before in "function onTimerLap()" in the datafield that works. But not really a good place to put the code to do that

Same restart code for GenericChannel in:
function compute(info)
function onUpdate(dc)
doesn't work. (same as the error seen above) so not sure how calling from onLap is different in terms of the channel working or not

Same pairing problem with the MoxyField sample code in the SDK (i.e. can't pair after waking from sleep)

It seems I was running an older version of the Garmin FW on my Edge 830 indeed. I've updated it and can confirm it is fixed now. Thanks for your response!
