Writing activity with custom Fit field.

Then I can save my FIT session from SIM and open in Monkey Graph, right? 

Ok. I have 11k fit file. I try to open it, but Monkey Graph shows me nothing. Why? I can see this file is structured, I can guess there my values. But I see The Monkey instead of...

How is onDatachanged being called?  Is it by way of a timer or something?

in a data field, compute() is called every second so you can update the field there, but in a device app, you have to handle that yourself.

It's called when new data is available on my device. Actually it's ~5sec intervals.

BTW: I converted fit->csv with FitCSVTool and I can see my data there :) 

Actually I see a lot of data related with activity. Just curiosity: Is it possible to remove some fields there? 

With monkeygraph, you have to include a .iq file.  In it is the information to display the custom data.

And as I understood with Garmin Connect I will see my data only after adding my application to the store, right? is there another way ?

The iq file contains the info to display it in Garmin Connect.  So GC gets that info for you app from the app store.  That's why it's got to be in the app store.  It's similar to app settings, where the app has to be in the store to use app settings, as that info is also obtained from the app store..

Yeah. That's sad. I'd like to test it with some real data on a real device before the publishing :/

You can first upload it to the store but mark it as a beta app.  Then only you can download it

Yes. It worked.

BTW may be you know why Garmin tells me: "iOS Companion App URL is invalid." The same is for Play.Google. I'm pretty sure the links are valid. There should be some special format for them?
