Watch SDK tutorial

Hi I am new in the world of garmin watch app creation. I want to make an app for my watch but I can't find a good tutorial to explan me the base of the sdk. I alredy got eclipse runing and the simulator. I just want to know how to start making an app. (editing the ui to add text for example)

Have you looked at the samples in the SDK? The templates in eclipse/VS Code (File>New>CIQ Project in eclipse)

Yes I looked at those to link but there where no information on the structure to draw text on the screen or of to use the button as input

Drawing text is pretty straight forward

dc.drawText()

you'll find this in samples

input isn't avalable on watchfaces, but you use a delegate.

If you look at the recordsample, it does both (as well as more, like recording an activity)

I will try for the text but I am not doing a watch face I am doing an app

The record sample is a device app.
