Navigate to, Simulation > Activity Monitoring > Set Steps Per Minute, & make sure Steps Per Minute = 0 Navigate to, Simulation > Activity Monitoring > Fast Forward, & fast forward 60 mins or more.
60 min is enough for move bar level 1. I haven't bothered to work out when the next levels trigger.
