WatchOut app and Windows 10 phone sync error

Would be nice to have the watchout app work with Windows 10 phone. Currently getting 'network error please pair your watch' when syncing from app - told by watchout dev that this error is a Garmin problem. Using a vivoactive with a Lumia 830 Win 10.
