forerunner 45- cannot select it

I see it in the list but can't select it:

i tried to change the minimum level of sdk but nothing changes.

any help?

The fr 45 doesn't support CIQ widgets. Only watch faces. That's why it's grayed out for your widget project. Swim2 is the same.
