Dive data (surf interval and no fly time) to be available for custom watch faces?

Does anyone know if Garmin will release the basic Dive information like Surface interval time and No Fly time so we can put them in a custom watch face? I know Garmin were not looking to release this data but I don't understand why if they control the calculations (like in their WF and in their widgets)? Being limited to just the Garmin watch face to have this info is a shame and would be good to have custom watch faces. Thanks for any info on this! :)

Very doubtful, as that would not only be for the Decent devices, and there's already many things the firmware doesn't expose in CIQ, with a common example being sunrise and sunset.

Interesting, thanks for the reply. Didn't realise even things like sunrise was not available.

Well if there is sensor data available I'll try that. SI is just time since last dive and no flight I can put a fixed 24 hours since last dive as a gauge. Never listen to the watch on that one and always do 36h+ anyway. This WF is just for me so no plans to sell them on the store.
