I have been trying everything I could think off to make it work again... In the other lists (mobile, trending, etc.) it shows OK. But in the list "digital watchfaces", it shows like this... What can be going wrong?

That just happens some time, and it's nothing about your image as it's kind of random. Right now I can see your image just fine. Maybe try flushing your browser cache.
Yeah, it could be a caching issue. If you're using Chrome try pressing CTRL+F5 to force refresh the page.
I have checked in different browsers, and still no luck.
From mobile browsers, it shows OK.
From PC, in "trending" list, it shows OK.
From PC, in "digital watchfaces" list, it does not show...
What can I do?
Sorry, but the watchface now IT DOES NOT APPEAR in the "digital watchfaces" list if you browse the list in an internet browser (chrome, firefox, etc.). From PC or mobile. It is gone.
It is in the list if you browse inside the ConnectIQ app in the mobile phone.
Is there any explanation for that?

On the web site, you are seeing things for every device. If you use the connect IQ mobile app, it will just be for a specific device. The lists can also change quite often
Dear Jim, well... yes, i can understand being in a different position of the list.... but... not being at all?? It seems a bit weird to me... and it is not changing... it is gone. Honestly, I would like that someone could review the query to see what it might be happening, because it is not normal.
I just updated one of mine yesterday, and it moved from the first couple pages to way down the list. Could it be something like that? Looks like there was an auto migration in late Oct so that could also be involved. Has anything changed as far as your review count or the category?

I updated the watchface 5 days ago. It went down the list then. But now it is 2nd in trending (all devices), 3rd in trending FR245 (connectIQ), 28th in "digital watchfaces" FR245 connectIQ,
But NOWHERE in "digital watchfaces" (all devices)
Honestly, I think that something might be going wrong. First it was the picture not showing, and now it is gone. Always the same list "digital watchfaces", when consulting from a web navigator.
Remember on the web side you are seeing all devices,, and there are thousands of digital watch faces, Last time I looked they only displayed the first X pages on the website, so in comparison to all digital WFs, you may have fallen off that list.
If you only support some devices, you're up against watchs for all devices, and not just the 245 Look at something like Actiface, and it's device support. It's the first "Double platinum" with over 2 million downloads and a wide range of device support, so pretty much everything from the original va on.
Trending is based on a different rating system than categories like Digital.
It sounds like things are working normally to me. Things move around, and where you show on the list is influenced by devices you don't support.
I respect your opinion, so much. But in this case, I am sorry to not agree. Last 2-3 week the watchface was in page starting at 180 or 210, 240... And I updated it frequently. In a few hours it always ended up there. I have been checking theses lists since I published the watchface for the first time
Last week I noticed that it lost the image. And that is why I posted this thread.
Now, I have just browsed until page starting at 2700. And it is not there.
All the watchfaces there do not even have a 100s of downloads or a copule of reviews, if any.
I know that I do not know how it is the ranking calculated, and maybe you are right and it appears in position 9000 (i did not go that far).
But even if the devices support list is shorter... I think it should be in another position. And that's just an opinion, of course.
