Visual Studio Code installation

HI,

Could you tell me where I can documentation about VS Code installation and use? I found some info for Eclipse but no for VSCode.

Is it possible to use VS? Is the SDK and all the tools available to use? Is there an installation guide? That would be really good news!

This would be the site. It was announced yesterday at the conference, along with the 3.2.3 SDK (you want to use that with VS Code, and it will work with Eclipse if you have the 3.2.3 Eclipse Plugin)

add a project to your workspace, open a .mc file and right clict on the editor window.

You need to use the 4.0.6 SDK (or above) and have the devices you want to use downloaded. See the SDKmanager.

Thanks for the reply.

OK, created a dummy folder and a dummy .mc file and now I see an "activation time 186ms" but still nothing in the command palette. I have the SDK and the devices but how is the extension -> SDK connection configured? I assumed that there would be at least an option for configuration in the command palette (and one for creating a new project)

You have the Garmin Monkey C extention installed in VS Code, correct? There's a non-Garmin one out there too.
