Venu Sq - CIQ error

I have developed WF, it is absolutely ok in the simulator for Venu Sq, but user reported for CIQ error immediately on start this WF.

I am not getting any errors via ERA tool.

Also, I have realised in the Eclipse when I run this WF for Venu Sq (Run as.. -> Run Configuration) Choose a Target SDK Version is switching from 3.1 to 3.2 automatically, but I keep minimal SDK 3.1 to make it compatible with older models. Can this be a reason like production version is 'compiled' for 3.1, but real device can work with 3.2 only?

Please advice!

It doesn't throw any error. The screen just goes blank.

Same on the regular Venu.

You can wait for it to show up in ERA, or have the user send you the garmin\app\logs\ciq_log files and then use the debug.xml to see where it crashed. Until then, it could be about anything.

also, start thinking (thank you for your post re screen burn in protection) probably WF on Venu Sq is started in the Low power mode and screen protection watchdog (or what is name for it on the real device) immediately throw error as there is no special procedures to protect screen in the WF?
