I own Marq. Having trouble downloading the new watchface. Apparently, any watchface I add it shows the IQ! Error. Any ideas why?

First thing I'd try is rebooting the watch.  Hold the upper left button for about 20 seconds, and the watch will turn itself off.  Then turn it back on.
