How to delete IQ apps from connect?

can someone tell me how to delete from my account all IQ apps that I do not want anymore?

Or is any way to delete from my account all apps?

Heres what I found.
Issue: repeatedly getting updates to an uninstalled app which somehow was still in the registered apps list.
Solution: I had to go to GARMIN CONNECT (ON THE COMPUTER), not mobile!
Under devices and sunc status hover and drop down (top right icon) I could see the offending app listed aith a cross to remove it.... viola! offending app now removed from updating list despite app already being removed from my Garmin device.
No more failed updates.

This may be old but still relevant. Just swipe left and they delete. It wasn't intuitive to me either.
