Not strictly dev: Error 1006 across everything

Hi,

This isn’t strictly a dev question, but I can only access Garmin - all of Garmin, including here - via mobile network as my wifi is blocked by CloudFlare stating my ip address is blocked. 

I’ve tried restarting router etc. 

It seems, from Google, that it’s started occurring a lot of late for Garmin users. But no resolution. 

Is this something triggered by a change in Garmin, a change in CloudFlare or something else?

(And anything at all I can do / should do other than wait?)
