there is a way to get an event in watch face?
There are things a watch face can see like move alerts and goal alerts, so that a watch face can determin, like sunrise, sunset, DND, sleep times. So that can be determined in a back ground service, (say weather info) etc.

Nope, there is no way to do input to a watch face.
You can react to changes when the WF goes out of low power and back based on a gesture, but that's it. (onEneterSleep()/onExitSleep())
