Do I need a commercial license for Eclipse?

Hi all,

I have considered creating a paid application. If I were to do this, would I need to get a special Eclipse license or something? I have looked into this a bit, but I can't find a clear answer.

There are lots of approaches, and they all have their limitations.

Is that where people pay 27% for someone to handle their small charge?
