Where is pkgtool.jar?

I'm trying to package up an app to be published to the IQ store. I think I need to use the "bin/connectiqpkg" tool from the SDK directory. However, this tool doesn't work because the "pkgtool.jar" file is missing. Where do I find this file? Or maybe there is another way of converting the ".prg" file into an ".iq" file?

Note: I don't want to use Eclipse for this.

How are you trying to do the command line?

This is what I see in eclipse with windows

It looks like the scripts you reference have been deprecated for some time. The last release that I have laying around that had pkgtool.jar that they reference was 1.2.11.

I'll get these removed or updated to do the right thing.
