From CIQ 2.3.0 onwards, is it only Edge 130 that doesn't have BufferedBitmap?

Haven't been able to find this anywhere.

From CIQ 2.3.0 onwards, is it only Edge 130 / 130 plus that doesn't have BufferedBitmap?
