Run in Simulator without rebulding project ??

I can run my app in the Simulator, but each time I run it, I have to wait while the project gets rebuilt.

I have made no changes to the project but it is rebuilt anyway.

I'm using Eclipse.

Is there a way to make the system JUST run the app unless project files have changed ?

No, the Eclipse plugin always rebuilds.

If you're willing to adventure a bit, you can build on the command line and then run the app as many times as you'd like without rebuilding. There are instructions on using the command line tools near the bottom of this page in the Programmer's Guide:
