Are we talking about a ConnectIQ developer key, or are we talking about OAuth authentication to the Garmin Health service? I'm guessing by your tags and the terminology you're using that you're talking about the OAuth stuff.
I don't know much about the Garmin Health API, but you should be able to get what you need by clicking the Request Now link on this page and filling out the web form. If you've already done this, I believe you should have been given OAuth credentials.
We are developing an app and we need the secret key and consumer key yo upload our app. In our app we want to get data after login in Garmin from user and upload this data for example to complete a virtual race.
