That is true, nor is it supported on any vivoactive device.
You can build your own picker Using WatchUi.Picker
Looks like the API doc hasn't been updated for a while as it doesn't include newer devices (va3,va4, etc ) as it has:

so, how can u add textpicker or something similar ?
As I said, start with the generic picker WatchUI.Picker
The other option is to write your own.
