How do I contact ConnectIQ admins?

Hi. I recently submitted an app for approval but got rejected by the ConnectIQ admins. They kindly enough wrote some explanation about why they rejected the app. Great! Now I have some ideas to redesign the app to comply to the ConnectIQ policies but before I start redevelopment I would like to discuss my solution with the admins so that I don’t spend a lot of time and effort unnecessarily. I have tried to send emails to their email address ([email protected]) But have not received any answer back. I was wondering if there is any other way to get in contact with the admins?

Look through the wiki on exceptions as a first check.

Hi Jim, I tried to email [email protected] about a week and a half ago but still no response. I wonder if there is any other way to get in touch with them. I don't want to resubmit my app before discussing my possible work arounds, only to get it rejected again.

What were the reasons it was first rejected and does your new version address them all and avoid things in the wiki I linked to?

If so, I'd probably just submit the new version.
