On AntPlus statuses

I'm trying to dig out battery and connection statuses for my device and so far I'm seeing

Stages L power meter: Shows status and operatingTime OK

Di2 BT-dongle: Returns nothing sane

Garmin UT-800 light. Shows status OK but no operatingTime

Garmin RT-515. Shows up as light (status OK, no operatingTime) and as a radar (status OK but insanely high operatingTime)

Is the Di2 supposed to work at all? Are the operatingTime something optional that might or might not be supported? I think there is a native data field available for di2 battery level so technically it should be possible but isn't it implemented in the public API implementation yet?

Looking at some AntPlus profile specs, looks like Cumulative Operating Time can be optional.

For example in case of Power meter, "Common Page 82 (0x52): Battery Status" (which includes the COT) is optional, but Stages has decided to implement it.

In case of Bike Radar profile, "Common Page 82 (0x52): Battery Status" is mandatory. Apparently page itself is available, but might be that COT data inside is garbage (from radar sensor).

So the operatingTime is how long the device has been used and not how long it estimates its battery to last?

This is how Cumulative Operating Time is described in the spec:

"This will give the cumulative operating time of the device and should be reset on insertion of a new battery."
