How to check connection info in real time?

I am facing a problem. For some reason, the information from the deviceSettings.phoneConnected method is not updated in real time. Neither in the onUpdate function, nor in the onPartialUpdate function.

In the Infocal dial, this is somehow solved. It shows directly in real time that the connection with the phone has appeared or disappeared. In my watch face, you need to move to the widget, and then return to the dial for the information to be updated.

Are you calling Sys.getDeviceSettings() each time onUpdate() is called?

If you want to use onPartialUpdate(), again you must call it each time, but you may find that trying to change icons at that point have a real impact on your power budget (battery) due to the combined clip region.

Thank you so much! I realized my mistake! I initialized System.getDeviceSettings ().phoneConnected once and then used this variable. And I needed to initialize it every call in the onUpdate method!
