Hi i can't upload some watch face

I have this message

It's not a size issue because i can upload a demo watch face with 14.406 Ko but not this watch face https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/a08ec694-15e1-4e24-bf1b-9f8c80dd522a with 13.318 Ko

Sometime it's bad and sometimes it's good. When i delete some watch in my application under 10 Mo on file IQ size I Can upload the file

What is the limit?

The limit was recently increased from 15MB - I'm not sure what it is now ... at the weekend I uploaded one IQ file which is 18.3MB

A couple of weeks ago I saw the same message of "store is currently not available" - but the upload had actually completed.
