Problem with activity data getting to App?

Hi,

I've had two users in the last week, report two different Apps (one App, one Data Field) stop updating at the 20 minute mark. No other reports, but their Garmin activity is still showing data in the recorded FIT file.

Anybody else seen the same?

Which device and firmware? In the case of the DF, are other DFs updating fine?

Thanks. The details are:

1. App called hHRPie. Heart Rate stops after 20 minutes on a value. App carries on, and full heart recorded in FIT. Vivoactive 4S Firmware 4.70.

2. Data Field hGrade. Distance and Elevation stops after 20 minutes on a value. Data Field carries on, and full distance and elevation recorded in FIT. Venu Firmware 4.70.
