A points badge was offered on Garmin Connect for a 40k bike ride completed from 0000 on 19.6.20 to 2359 on 21.6.20. I completed a bike ride of 29.10m (approx 46km) during the day of 19th. Why has this not registered as a badge earned on Garmin Connect? The fact that I had done 40k has appeared on my PR page but Garmin has not awarded me the points. Does anyone know why this is?
I didn't click to join the challenge until just after I had completed the ride but I have never had to physically join a badge challenge to get it awarded in the past. Normally it would just automatically give me the badge/points when I had completed an activity that met the requirements. I have never seen anywhere on my laptop that makes it so I have to specifically join a challenge. I only stumbled across the button to actually join when I happened to be browsing through my phone app.
