Can't download watch faces to my fenix 6 saphire

Hi all,

When I open garmin IQ app I get a message saying "something went wrong, try again". When I then select a watch face I wish to download it tells me "This app requires an update to your Fenix 6 saphire. Please use garmin express application to update your device". In the garmin express application it all looks up-to-date.

Hi,

Sometimes there is bug on Garmin connect / IQ

Could you tell which fw version you have ?

Turn off / on the device may help.

Long press up, scroll down until you see "system", select that, then find "about" and select that.

If this is a new device, you likely got a FW update right away, but the store may not know it. Sync your watch with Garmin Express, but it might take a few minutes for the store to know.

I am having this problem too. None of the suggestions have worked. Pretty frustrating for such an expensive watch. I am on Software version 16.70. It's on auto update so I gather that should be the latest.

I can only download a couple of faces (hardly any) and cant even use the 'Face it' feature without "Something Went Wrong, Try again

Which device do you have?

Try to connect your device with Garmin express (pc/Mac)
