Vivoactive 3 Widget/Watch Face Download Issue

Are you sure the update was installed?  On the watch, Go to "about" and the SW Versions.  What does it show as the main firmware version?

For the world wide version of the watch, it's 7.30.  You may want to turn the watch off and back on, and then re-sync using Garmin express and try again.  Sometime the app store doesn't know you've updated the firmware.

I'm not seeing where to find the firmware version. The closest thing I can find the App and GCS versions (4.32.2).  I have turned the watch off and back on and re-synced it.  Still no go.

while on the watch face, press the screen and you'll see a menu.  Swipe to the end and tap settings.  Swipe to the end of that menu, and you'll see system. 

Tap on that, scrowl down, and you'll see about.  Tap on that, then SW Versions.  The first thing you'll see is the main firmware version.

OK, now try syncing with Garmin Express from your pc/mac.

What can happen with new watches, is they'be been in a ware house for some time, and when first set up have older FW.  You get an update right away, but the servers don't know if you've actually installed it.  By re-syncing, it lets the servers know it's been updated.  Just start GE, and plug in your watch.  Nothing else needed.

OK...I've done that, but still having the same issue.  This is really getting frustrating.  I'm usually pretty good with this stuff.
