watch face settings page show not correct on Android phones

from about 10days ago，and now all of my watch face users report that the settings page of watch face settings page on Garmin connect app on Android phones show not correct。all the characters show ？ if they are not in English。

but in garmin connect on iphone，the watch face settings page shows completely correct。

Check the Iq report bug and vote for it,

It seems to happen only for Russian and Chinese

I have voted for this。but it seems the bug is from Garmin‘s server。because it happend suddenly when there is no change on the garmin connect app on the Android phone。

just like that one minute before it is completely correct，and next minute it happens。

it happened after when Garmin updated their connectIQ store 10 days before。
