Bluetooth - any known problems with Venu or Vivoactive 4?

Just reporting back - I tried unpairing and repairing to the e-bike when getService() failed, but this seemed to hard lock his Venu, oops!

He has since returned the Venu to the shop, so we're unable to debug it any further.
