How to delete ...

... unused designs, apps or widgets?

The unused apps are just a listing of apps you've tried in the past but are not now installed on your device. Not really taking up any space, if that is your concern.

Hello! Thank you for your answer and yes, I know that.

I'm just trying out a lot of things and there are a lot of entries in my database.

This is now extremely confusing and why was this function also deleted without replacement? I find this extremely unpleasant!

You can do this using Garmin Express.

Install Garmin Express on your computer
Connect your Garmin device to your computer using the supplied USB cable
In Garmin Express click on your device > IQ Apps
Right click on each app you don't want in your list, then select "Delete From List"
