Fenix 3 / CIQ1.0 and supported functions

I'm new to Garmin development but have been working with webdevelopment for more than 20 years.

I have an old Fenix 3, and I wanna start creating a simple watchface, where I e.g. wanna show the activity mins for the past 7 days. I've just found out, that it seems quite impossible - am I wrong?

Also, it's really tough to find out exactly what functions are supported by the F3 / CIQ1.0. Sure, I can read about a function and then check, if I can use it. It would be far more usable, if I could have a list of functions, that I can use for the F3. Am I missing something?

Everything in the API doc includes "since:" which tells you want's supported and starting with what version of CIQ. Avoid things that are "since: 2.x.x" or above

Activity minutes (say how much you ran in the last 7 days) isn't available at all in CIQ.

Thanks. I will have to live with a missing CIQ filter :) Anyway, my idea was to output the past 7 days - not by steps as e.g. a cycling workout then wouldn't count, but mins of activity would be optimal. Another option could be calories burnt, but not sure, if that's possible day by day for the past 7 days. Thanks.

ActivityMonitor has some history available for 7 says, like steps,calories and distance, but that's your distance for everything (walking/running/etc)

Calories could be the goal then. Basically to me it's not about distance but more about fitness or strength. Thanks!
