3.1.8 re-released silently.

Not fond of this idea to get some updates silently or without proper description and list of changes. Actual change in simulator.exe file - it gets less 3 MB.

3mb? What type of app and what target? I didn't see the May 1 version myself but just downloaded it.

There's nothing noted in the change log in the SDK's readme file.

simulator.exe file became 3 MB smaller (may be debug information was inlcuded in exe, did not check). I see no other _significant_ differences in other files - they change only version in files and rebuilt install package.

Also noticed published store apps have changed dates, so automatically were updated.
