I'm thinking of starting to learn to write an IOS app to communicate w/ my ConnectIQ Apps. Before I go knee deep into it, I'm wondering if anyone knows if its possible to get the IOS app to communicate w/ the ConnectIQ App when the app is side loaded into the Garmin Watch? (vs downloaded from the store?)
something like an internal company only app type distribution.
The IOS app, for starters would only be used to set up the watch, eg: something like sending out makewebrequests() and getting a JSON type file back to set up some data fields and the like. (this would greatly improve or rather reduce memory usage by resources.xml)
