First off I think I may be writing this in the wrong place, but I'm not sure where the appropriate channel is.
My question concerns the collaboration between Garmin and Geocaching.com, which includes the possibility of sending geocaching lists from Geocaching.com via Garmin Connect to GPS watches. The geocaches are loaded into my watch as points of interest (geographical locations), and include only the coordinates of the geocache. There is no other information there.
In order to make GPS watches self-contained for geocaching, in my opinion one also needs the Hint (if available). So the coordinates and hint are the two most important pieces of information for finding a geocache. I wish that the Garmin-Geocaching.com collaboration could make it such that the Hint (which is only a very short string of characters) is also transferred to the POIs generating by the process.
