Watch Face trial mode

Hello guys!

The developer’s guide mentions the possibility of making the application paid by using the functions of isTrial and two more. But it is also said that they cannot be used with watchfaces.

But how so? For example, a watchface called Date Lover has a DEMO mode, which is unlocked using a code sent by the developer.

Are there any real ways to add DEMO mode to the watchface? Thank!

It doesn't use trial apps (very few things do), but allows the user to enter a key (supplied by the developer) to unlock things.

Does this mean that I have to write my own key generator that would give users codes, after entering which the dial would cease to be in DEMO mode?

Do you know if there is an example of how to create and add suck a key generator to a watch face or can you point me where to find such information?
