Why I'm blocked to edit my APP on apps.garmin.com

I'd like to commit the new version of my APP:

apps.garmin.com/.../371757b1-bbf9-4c17-9fb1-b92beb88e4cd

But it always failed to edit the description with the following error message, Why? Can somebody check and unblock me? thanks.

The error Ray id:

Cloudflare Ray ID: 5852093bfa739899

Can somebody help on it?

Error detail:

Sorry, you have been blocked

You are unable to access apps.garmin.com

Why have I been blocked?

This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks. The action you just performed triggered the security solution. There are several actions that could trigger this block including submitting a certain word or phrase, a SQL command or malformed data.

What can I do to resolve this?
