ERA - The Developer was not found...

Hi,

trying to set ERA. Have copied Developer ID from Connect IQ store URL by clicking Contact developer (it is me).

But all the time getting "The Developer was not found. Please check the developer id."

Please help, as I am getting reports re app crashes on the devices, but can't reproduce it on emulator.

You'll see the IQ! crashes but only for the current version of the app. You won't see the device crashes that result in the device rebooting.

It seems have found solution by myself but your profile was a big help! I checked link to your apps and tried to replace UID part with my id. Upsss page not found. So I decided something what look like developer id is not actually proper identifier, so I clicked my name for my published widget and see some different UID, this one works. Previously I have copied UID from URL Contact Developer (doesn't work).

Other point: I see no reports and no apps for my ERA account? How is it possible?

were crashes uploaded to server and should be available for viewing in ERA tool automatically? Or I should built-in some extra code / library / etc into my app?

App crashes will show up automatically. When you say crashes, are they device crashes? (the watch reboots)

Ok, one other thing. You'll only see crash logs for the current version of an app in the store. If you update your app in the store, you only see the logs for that version.

no, it was IQ! sign on the widget view, no watch reboot. No chance to see these types of app crash in ERA?

yes, since I was informed re crashes app was updated. So, I can see only fatal crashes (watch rebooted) and only for the current app version?

Thank you for explanation! It seems i need to add few crashes to new version just to check ERA functionality $))
