Inadequate bug reporting feedback

The only feedback appears to be changing the status from "Under Investigation" to "Ticket raised" , "Coming Soon" etc.,  and a reference code that provides us with no further information.

Looking back over all 170-odd bug reports in the new Connect IQ Bug Reports forum I can't find a single bug that has a status indicating that the bug was fixed. 

I surely hope this doesn't indicate a 0% fix rate!
