Back button confirmation or disabling

What app type? (widget or device app) What device? Sim or real device?

Hi, it's a watch app for activity tracking. I'm trying to run it on a D2, it happens in the sim as well as on the device

Yes, I tried putting a print-function and  it does show. Also, I put other devices in the sim now (fenix 6 e.g.) and pushing the back button always just exits the app, I do not understand why

Are you also using onKey() - maybe onKeyPressed/onKeyReleased()?

if so, check your return status for keys that aren't handled.(KEY_ESC)

No I actually don't. I wanted to keep it as simple as possible and since I found this solution, I tried it that way. I would anyway prefer that the button is just blocked. A confirmation message would have been the alternative solution. I just wanted the button to not exit the view :/ I am sorry for the chaos

post your whole delegate class.  It's got to be something there.

And you're not doing a widget, but a device app, right?

I'm not seeing anything wrong in your code

Try the record sample in the SDK.  There you use menu to start/stop the recording.

If you add this to the delegate, you should add a lap if you're recording, and exit if not.

I'm using the 3.1.7 SDK and a f5 target.
