Simultator FIT file and Garmin Connect compatibility

I'm trying to import FIT files saved from the SDK simulator into the Garmin Connect web portal. It says it should support FIT files but I keep getting a "We don't support the file type you tried to import". Is this supposed to work?

Just tried it my self and it worked fine. Did you properly end the session in the sim? And under Simulation>Fit Data> use "Save Fit Session"?

Use "Upload" in GC to add it?

I must have done something wrong (couldn't repeat the issue). The FIT SDK complained about the header, I must have missed closing the session...

I've the same issue. Even if you save a .fit from the sim, you can't subsequently replay the .fit with the sim.

I suspect that you're not closing the fit in the sim correctly, so it doesn't have the proper closing info, and therefore isrejected.
